The principle is simple: if a member receives a learner they cannot support, an employer outside their sector, a region they do not cover or a contract they do not hold, they introduce that opportunity to a Provider Growth Hub partner. In return, the network works to identify opportunities aligned to your specialisms.
The stronger the network becomes, the more everyone benefits.
Referral Exchange Club
Pass opportunities you cannot support and receive opportunities in return that align to your provision. Members actively share learners and employers to keep opportunities within the network.
Learner Progression
Create seamless journeys from pre‑employment through to higher‑level skills. The Hub helps learners move through training, employment and progression without hitting barriers.

The Provider Growth Hub is more than a directory and more than a referral platform.It is a community built around collaboration, problem solving and shared growth. Members will have access to dedicated online groups where they can quickly connect with other providers, ask questions, seek support, share opportunities and collaborate on solutions for learners, employers and workforce development.
Alongside the online community, we will host regular virtual networking events exclusively for Provider Growth Hub members.
These sessions will provide opportunities to build relationships, share referrals, discuss sector challenges, explore partnership opportunities and identify ways to better support learners and employers across the country.Our goal is to create an environment where members are never isolated and always have access to a trusted network of organisations that understand the realities of delivering skills, employability and apprenticeship provision.
